Bobbi Lou joined the
Munselle team in 2006! Bobbi Lou Webb, already
known for her professionalism in the home
watch business in the Coachella valley (she
also owns and runs All-Around House Watch
Service and Property Managements) makes
a great addition to the team. She has a
large dedicated client base that knows of
her commitment to customer service, her
enthusiasm and respects her professionalism.
She also has a background in the corporate
and incentive travel industry as Vice President
of All-Around Travel, Inc. which she operated
in Seattle WA for many years prior to moving
to the desert in 1995. Bobbi Lou and her
husband, Jim who are both golfers, live
in Mountain View Country Club, a golf community
in La Quinta and she is very familiar with
all the golf clubs in the valley.

Andi has returned to the real estate industry after retiring from an extensive 30 year career in education! She was a classroom teacher for 9 years, counselor for 12 years, and a high school administrator for 9 years. Andi and her husband Greg moved to the Desert in 2004 (from Newbury Park, CA) when she took the position of Assistant Principal at Palm Desert High School in charge of Counseling, Curriculum and Instruction. Andi’s knowledge of the area and the valley’s school system is invaluable…whether you are an educator looking for a home or have children and want to be sure your new home is near the best school for your family…call for Andi!

Jennifer is responsible for coordinating the entire escrow process, which requires scheduling of inspections, coordinating all contracts and disclosure forms and communicating with the escrow company and the title company.
Jennifer has assisted in this capacity since 2006 and has a great ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they even arise!

Laura has worked with the Munselle team since 2007 and has a great knowledge of the business and the Munselles’ country club business. She now is the marketing coordinator- developing flyers, postcards and updating and fine tuning the most important marketing aspect, the Terri and Guy website.
